Printed books have more effects on the society than televisions do.（反对）<br/><br/>Nowadays, the development of society is progressing at a speed that had never been achieved before, more and more ways for the information to spread have made it possible for people to learn about this world more efficiently than ever. Many people believe that printed books that we read daily have more influences on the society than the televisions we watch because people have various sources for their reading materials. However, I disagree because I think television’s effects are more crucial in a lot of aspects.<br/><br/>There is no denying the fact that books’ influence on the society is large and has lasted for centuries because ever since the invention of paper by the Chinese people, it became more convenient for people to record and pass on the knowledge in every aspect of study.
