In addition, the fast-paced, highly-digitizedhighly digitized , and highly automatedmodern city life requiresthe buildingsto be tailor-madethat are made for modern functions. Lifts, escalators, and air-conditioners, which cannot be provided by traditional buildings, are needed to facilitate modern people’s lifestyle.
